Pre-Order Policy

PREORDER POLICY

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Preorder items are not currently in stock and are ordered specifically for customers after the preorder closes.

• Estimated arrival times (ETA) are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays may occur due to production, shipping, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

• All preorder sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted once an order has been placed.

• Please do NOT combine different preorder collections or preorder items with ready-to-ship items in the same order.

• Each preorder collection must be checked out separately. Preorder items and in-stock items must also be purchased in separate transactions.

• Orders that combine multiple preorder collections or preorder and ready-to-ship items may be subject to additional shipping charges or delays.

• If an item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer, a store credit or refund will be issued for the unavailable item only.

• Local pickup customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.

• By completing your purchase, you understand that preorder items require an extended wait time and agree to these terms.
